Cancel less than 24 hours before the event: Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund.
Cancel less than 72 hours before the event: You'll receive a 50% refund.
Cancel more than 72 hours before the event: Free cancellation or credit towards a future program with a small €5 fee to cover admin and card costs.
