RoboThink Cancellation Policy
- Cancel less than 24 hours before the event: Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund.
- Cancel less than 72 hours before the event: You'll receive a 50% refund.
- Cancel more than 72 hours before the event: Free cancellation or credit towards a future program with a small €5 fee to cover admin and card costs.
Late Pick Up Policy:
This policy will help us cover additional staffing costs and minimise disruptions to our schedules and in particular, cases where we have back to back classes.
- We understand that occasional delays happen. To accommodate this, we’re offering a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled end of each session. (For example if your child's club finishes at 3.00pm then the grace period will be 3.00pm - 3.15pm, with the fine applying afterwards).
- After the 15-minute grace period, a €5 fee will be applied for every 10 minutes that a child remains in our care (e.g., €5 for 1–10 minutes late, €10 for 11–20 minutes, etc.).
- We know emergencies can arise. If you are unavoidably delayed, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.
