RoboThink Cancellation Policy
Cancel less than 24 hours before the event: Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund.
Cancel less than 72 hours before the event: You'll receive a 50% refund.
Cancel more than 72 hours before the event: Free cancellation or credit towards a future program with a small €5 fee to cover admin and card costs.
Late Pick Up Policy:
This policy will help us cover additional staffing costs and minimise disruptions to our schedules and in particular, cases where we have back to back classes.
We understand that occasional delays happen. To accommodate this, we’re offering a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled end of each session. (For example if your child's club finishes at 3.00pm then the grace period will be 3.00pm - 3.15pm, with the fine applying afterwards).
After the 15-minute grace period, a €5 fee will be applied for every 10 minutes that a child remains in our care (e.g., €5 for 1–10 minutes late, €10 for 11–20 minutes, etc.).
We know emergencies can arise. If you are unavoidably delayed, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.
